Casey and his wife Sarah now have an agency with more than 150 agents. "I made $103,000 in my first year. If you've got to work, might as well get paid what your worth and not what someone else things you're worth." The couple now serve as mentors and teachers to new agents, strengthening their own ability to lead.
The Watkins family includes their dog Baily and cat Joey. They plan on growing their group with the addition of children, but not yet. For now, the newlyweds are enjoying their independence and taking advantage of it by traveling. . "Both company paid, and private. We have been to Europe, Hawaii, Lake Tahoe, Whistler, Canada, and many more awesome locations." They also enjoy camping, surfing, snowboarding, 4-wheeling, and anything they can do with friends and family.
