"The speed in which to accomplish my goals was entirely up to me, not to a boss."

Growing up in the small Appalachian town of Sylva, Glenn saw his parents struggle to provide for him and his three siblings. Every day, his father put in long hours in construction, while his mother worked the nightshift at a local grocery store. Despite all their hard work, their two incomes were not enough to provide a well-to-do lifestyle for their family.
His family?s financial struggle gave Glenn the ability to appreciate "the small things" in life, as well as giving him a unique drive to achieve his best. However, school failed to challenge him, and he decided to work in a small local pharmacy after receiving his high school diploma. Glenn soon realized that "counting pills" was not how he wanted to live his life. Just after turning 18, Glenn packed his things and moved to the big city of Knoxville, Tennessee.
Sadly, he found as little opportunity in Knoxville as he had in the small town of Sylva. For a while, he worked at a Children?s Hospital as an infusion technician. The hours were long and the pay was meager; "I was working 55-65 hours a week for $23,000 a year." Glenn was ready to resign himself to his poor financial situation when his brother Stephen Davies shared his own success with NAA; Glenn saw the physical reward for his brother?s hard work in the form of new cars, a nicer home, and ample free time to golf and spend time with his family. After talking to Stephen Davies more about what NAA could offer him, Glenn finally decided to get his insurance license. He was only 19 years old.
At first, Glenn was only working part-time with NAA while continuing to work as a Infusion Technician. It took a wakeup call for Glenn to finally plug into the NAA system, according to his brother Stephen Davies. "When he had to borrow money from his girlfriend who was working at Pizza Hut to put tires on his car to come to the 2004 National Convention in Atlanta, everything changed. He started listening and working hard. It was as simple as that." He soon discovered he could make more money as a part-time insurance agent than working full-time at the hospital. "I realized that working where I was, my future would be a lifetime of 4% annual raises, 45 years of hard work, and time lost to finally make $40,000 a year."
By the age of 20, Glenn married "the love of my life," Autumn. With their newly-found financial freedom, the two were able to honeymoon at their favorite location; Costa Rica. By 21, Glenn was making 6 figures a year. His new goal is to make up to 7 figures in income. NAA has provided me with the life I want. It is more than the BMW X5 that I bought for my wife. It?s more than the Audi A4 that I drive. It's more than not needing Autumn to work. It?s more than the awesome trips and vacations. It's all about the freedom and time to do what I want with my life. I can take time to do the things I love."
In their free time, the couple mountain bike, go to dinner and a show, play hockey, as well as a number of things they neither had the time nor money to do before NAA.
